We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. If you received your order and an item was defective, we will gladly exchange your item for a new one upon receiving your original purchase, but we may refuse or delay exchanges if fraud or abuse is suspected.

To exchange an online purchase please contact us via our contact us page. Please be sure to include your order number and reason for exchange. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer and will not be reimbursed.

In cases where we are out of stock, or no longer carry your item, we will provide you with a full refund.
